E-Commerce Business Scales with Phone Manager
One of our clients is a company called Photoelectric Smoke Alarms. This business is now fully managed by the Phone Manager in terms of incoming calls (using a local Brisbane number), emails, and social media.
Our staff Manny looks after an entire online store that is on track to do $1.5M in sales in 2022. His duties go beyond customer service and answering calls. He looks after arranging contractors using Tradify (for supply and install) and also getting Google reviews at the end of transactions.
Our training with Manny was detailed around the business’ processes and KPIs that the customer set. We made sure that each day there was a daily report sent and any issues were brought to the business owner’s attention.
Manny was also instrumental in running strategic email marketing campaigns. His tasks included building lists and also doing cold calling to qualify the market.

We’ve really struggled to manage all the incoming calls from our customers. Every time we’d increase our marketing spend, we’d get an influx of customer calls that we could not sustain.
