Home Style Cleaning is a Brisbane-based domestic cleaning company that uses Phone Manager to attend to a number of areas of the business. Firstly, all the sales calls are managed through a scripted process. Secondly, customer and contractor bookings are fully managed so when a customer wants to reschedule this is handled. Finally, sending invoices and following up is done via Xero the Phone Manager staff member initiates.
We use a workflow system to manage our clients and contractors and Phone Manager makes it easy. This way we can fully focus on the tasks with higher priorities like recruiting contractors, drafting contracts and proposals, and doing payroll. The guys from Phone Manager have literally saved us hundreds of hours each month.
